motor corp is on title? Lexus Financial sold me the car with engine sludge ,Lexus voided warranty,Can I sue Toyota Motor Corp .because it is on title as a single owner
I don`t want to contest the sale itself.I just want to sue Toyota Motor Corp ,the prious owner as stated on the title ,for bad maintance , confirmed by Lexus .
