Can I sue the martial arts teacher my school hired for this?

So I was at school today, and we were doing martial arts. The teacher was showing me a move and I slipped out of it, I did it because it hurt and I didn't want to get hurt. So I slipped out and said it hurt. He got really pissed at me and pulled me up off the floor and slammed me in to the wall by the bone under my neck and pulled be about 1-2 inches off the floor and told me off for slipping out, even though it hurt like hell. Can I sue him for it, because all I did was slip out of a lock he was trying on me to show me?

Yes, file a police report then tell the principle you filed one. Then get a lawyer, you may be able to sue the school for allowing him to teach there as well as suing the instructor. What a dick, go get him.

You can NOT sue for that, and you should be ashamed for even thinking it. Martial arts have certain obvious risks, and you accept them when you take classes.
