Sue for what? Did you have an agreement that he would pay you for those things? Do you just think he ought to because you are so wonderful? You can sue anyone you want but if you want to know if you can sue successfully, describe the basis for the suit.

You can sue. You have to prove that there was an agreement from him to pay for these items or that there was an obgligation for him to pay. You can sue, but only a judge can tell you if you win.
