SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER.........On Sept.1 2008, i was driving my dad's 1996 Cadillac deville 32v northstar. When i pulled out of a parking lot, as i had my foot on the accelerator, something in the car busted---i think it was the radiator---and sprayed really really hot antifreeze all over my foot. I went to the emergency room and all that stuff and ended up getting a skin graft. I am a senior in high school and missed one whole month of school. Is there any possible way that i can sue the cadillac company for not having a "firewall" that protects the driver and passengers from the engine. If there is please someone let me know ann explain it to me. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.........if there is a part of the story that you would like for me to make more detailed, feel free to ask.
