what are the laws in CA? This is in the state of California?
I finacned a car, it blew up and the repairs came to around $5,000 I called the auto finance company and they said that they would pay for all the repairs to get it looking 100% new again, just take it to a shop and get it fixed and they'd mail the shop the check, I gave them the shops address, they waited until the car was fixed and the RENIGNED on the deal, then the car was still valued at negative equity when I went to trade it in for another car and no one would even take the trade after I paid for a brand new engine and transmission, then the repo company repossesed the car with $5,000 worth of new stuff in it that I paid for because the tricked me, can I sue to get back my expensive car parts ? I have the receipts ? They tricked me into fancying up a rust bucket for them, and it looks so bad on the outside that no dealer will take it as a trade in, but it is a sparkling gem on the inside?
