Just bought a car and realized that it says REBUILT on the title. The seller never disclosed that the car was a salvage vehicle. He was real slick and had me sign something that said he was selling the vehicle to me as is and everything about it had been disclosed. The note says nothing about it being a salvage vehicle. I didn't find out it was a salvage vehicle until I googled what rebuilt means. Can I sue him and get my money back?
