i bought a car from a stranger and he didn't tell me there was any major problems with the vehicle. the only problems he told me about were the obvious ones, which were three windows that didn't work properly and that the interior was not in top shape and the small dent on the right side of the car, just above the front right tire. the person selling me the car did let me test drive it, but as i drove it more n more i noticed the disks that the car had were worn out completely and then the transmission started failing and the car is currently leaking oil and coolant. (and there are a few sensors that don't work on the engine and the tires)
can i sue an individual that sold me a car knowing the car had major problems?
