I went to this new mexican market/ restaurant and ordered a carne asada burrito. So, I left and was eating in the car and felt something hard on my teeth and something scraped my gums. I thought it was a bone- it was a peice of wire! I took it back and they said "oh let me show you what it is, it's from the brush we clean the grill with." He gave me my money back. But, I'm not satisfied because my mouth hurts and if one my kids ate that....? I want to sue.......Can I?
can i sue a restaurant if i find a peice of wire in my food?
