Can i sue a gym,if the trainer touches me in a improper area of my body and can i have

Ive been going to this gym for a while and ive meet this trainer.he asked to train me for free and i wasnt sure at first because it was free.Then in text i asked him why and he seemed ok.the first time he trained me he gave me a message and i felt a little uncomfortable but i spoke to my boyfriend and he said he is just helping release the tension in the muscle after the workout. But yesterday he did something different. After the workout he gave me a message and then he started to touch my private area (vagina) .I didnt react because i was scared and shocked, i just told him im leaving now and i left the gym.Please help
