have a 999 year freehold interest on my house which equates to ground rent of less than £3 per year (thus the reason I have not purchased the freehold--why pay £2500 when I only have to pay £3).
my question is: can i sub-let my house, will I be able to get permission to sub-let it without purchasing the freehold?
