Can I stream media through bluetooth?

1. I have a laptop with a bluetooth doggle
2. I have a PSP Go
3. PS3
4. htc snap
I know these all have bluetooth capabilities is their a way i can pair these and stream music and video?
Also Why can't i setup an ad-hoc conection between my ps3 and laptop?
I can connect my PSP thought?
