Okay my dog Maggie is 11months old
half lab, and half something else (we dont know but she has long fur)
My mother got her for me because I was grieving over a dog I had lost after having her for 9 years.

When we got her from the owner her, her mother and her siblings has very bad mange and she was extremely skinny

Even as a small puppy shes been food aggressive
while pouring her food a few months ago she put her head in before I was done pouring causing me to pour some of the floor, I nudged her away and she bit me, just enough to bleed, it wasn't that bad.
and shes snapped at me several time when I try taking something away from her shes not suppose to be chewing on (shoes, couch cushions, ect)

we always give her bones and toys at night so she has something to chew on but she ignores them and chews random items in the house.. but its only at night, she will play with her toys and chew her bones in the day time.

yesterday my cat was walking past her food bowl to get some water and she attacked her, grabbed her tail and started thrashing her head back in forth.

My friends and family member says shes dangerous and needs to be put down, but shes not always like that and I love her so much.

Is there a way to train her or break her habits?
