I'm handling with two groups of data nowdays and I'd like to testify if they are siginifant to each other but the problem is that most of source claim the sample size should be less than 30 for independent t-test and I got one 56, the other 66. Can I sitll use T-test to check them by Excel? Is there any strong reference for this? thank you very much.
can I still use T-test for two-independent-sample both are greater than 50 samples ?
