Can i still go to PA school in USA after completing pre-med in Europe?

I'm a senior in high school and will be graduating this June 2011. I'm planning on studying abroad next year. Can i still go to PA school in USA after completing pre-med in Europe? And what European countries have good colleges/universities that has premed classes?
