...unemployment insurance .? i had a case i feb 09 & i appeal the deputy ruling for deny unemployment the hearing was held in may 09 the examiner reverse the decision in my favor and i was to receive unemployment starting from jan 09 when i first file. so unemployment took child support out of my lump sum & paid them from january 09. then i found a program about call the workforce investment act of 1998 they are paying my way to school i still get my unemployment til i graduate in dec 09 for nursing. they are still getting support out of my unemployment iwas going back to the service but everytime im ready to be shipped im in court for support so who is in fault me or them. they are hindering me from paying
