Ok, I'm on someone's account with 3 other people. My stepdad still owes the past balance for last month but it was too high and we having financial issues til we can pay it off. I know they might turn my phone off soon but I was wondering if I just buy another phone and got my own account, if they will allow me to do that...I want to find out first before I go to AT&T?
