Can i still get into a good university and become a lawyer ?

im actually going into year 10 very worried i wont get into university and achieve my goal of being a lawyer because i've didn't do very well in year 9 because i did not study i and did not take a serious approach to school etc . If i do well in the all of year 10 and year 10 school certificate and year 11 and 12 and the HSC IN YEAR 12 can i still get into a good university because im positive i can do way better because i use to get A's in 7 and 8 but year 9 i did not try .
