My name is Jesse. Im 20 yrs old and fully physically able for military service. Heres my problem. I have a charged felony (criminal trespassing) and even though it was dropped to a misdemeanor through an ARD program, the marines d/qed me. I also have a couple other misdemeanors/summary charges. My question is, Is there a way for me to get into the Army, if so what can i do to improve my chances?

Probably not. If you only had 1 Misdamenor, then ya probably. but with
"felony (criminal trespassing) - a couple other misdemeanors/summary charges" there is no way. That is way to many for a waiver. The Marine corp is considered the easiest to get into, based on there leniency towards criminal activity. So if they will kick out out, the Army wont touch you. Your best bet is to see what you can do to get them taken off your record, and also see how much longer it will be before they drop off your record. After that happens the Marine corp will probably take you.
