I pulled a muscle on my right thigh/hip/groin area and it hurts to even WALK.
but i don't want to fall out of my daily exercise routine which is just a 30 minute yoga session. the yoga itself is pretty intense but i was wondering - would i be okay to do it?
advice? should i exercise or just relax?
