Can I still dance even though I can't kneel?

I had a major fall 2 years ago and suffered a really bad wound. I can't kneel now, not even on mattresses. Can I still dance?
I would really love to dance but I can't kneel! D: D:

Is there a way for me to remove the "unhealed" wound?
I don't mind scaring. I just wanna dance. D:
 
First what does your doctor say? Second how does it feel when you dance? I'm sure you can still dance, just stay away from floor moves.
