Can I still become a family lawyer?

Hi my dream was to always become a family lawyer as I seem to have a natural talent at arguing and solving problems within my own family. My parents constantly fight and things can get out of hand sometimes and sometimes I manage to find a solution and calm things down. I am also able to argue with my dad and make my point clearly rendering him speechless. My only problem is that my grades are terrible. My school sent a psychologist to have a meeting with my family and concluded that I suffer from a severe case of depression. I know this is not an excuse but I know that for me to achieve things I want I will need to work extra hard and I am definitely willing to. My major problem is whenever I feel bad or get depressed I tend to let my personal life interfere with my school life and therefore I get bad grades. I think now I have around 1 or 2 F's and am repeating Algebra I but I am getting an A in that class now so that is fine. I am in grade 11 my classes are Physics which I am failing Algebra which as aforementioned I have an A in ITGS which I used to have an A in but it dropped slightly because I was getting sluggish Spanish 2 which I am just sliding by and English 11 which I have a C in but I know in this class I can do better but I just rush my essays and yeah it all comes down to me being lazy and letting personal things interfere with my work. Basically I use that depression as an excuse to avoid work which I am hating myself for and want to change immediately. My question is what can I do to get rid of this problem I have, should I go see a psychologist regularly please please tell me if you had the same problem what you did to solve it or if you know give me ways I can solve it because I want to make a somebody out of myself, I want to contribute to this world. So first question is how can I solve this problem. Second question if my grades are this bad now in grade 11 can I still become a family lawyer? And how? Is it possible if I mess up high school to make up for it at a community college? I want to know how I can become a family lawyer if my grades are the way they are. What solutions are available for me to turn my life around and become the thing I have always wanted to be.
Please give serious answers and give your own life experience if it fits with mine.
Thank you so much for your help!
Means a lot to me!
