Can I start exercising 7 months pregnant?

When I found out I was pregnant, I was really into running and kickboxing. Even though the doctor said I could still jog and do light aerobics, I was very morning sick and afraid it wouldn't be good for the baby, so I stopped doing everything. Now at 29 weeks, I'm really wanting to get into some sort of exercise, but I'm afraid it wouldn't be good after being so inactive for so long. I'm just really out of energy and feel very out of shape. I'm leaning towards starting yoga. Is this a good idea? Is there a more appropriate work out for a super pregnant woman? Thanks for the help!
