ok so im looking buying some car rims.. they are just a standard silver.. they look faded in some patches.. just gutter scratches i think.. besides that they are in good condition and have no structural problems.. is it possible, if i rub down the rims, to get some sort or spray paint and spray them a different colour? or will any paint that i use just eventually come off? i wanted to spray them a mat-black or something..... im just curious as to whether this is possible or if its a waste of time....
