Can I shower with a healing wound?

So I fell on some rocks and got a large scrape on my arm about a day ago and its starting to heal but it hasn't healed completely yet. Take your thumb and your first finger and make a circle, the wound is slightly smaller than that.

Can I take a shower with this wound?
