Can I set up my Samsung G600 phone to use Hotmail (UK)?

In the Email Account menu option, it has options for Yahoo, AOL, NTLWorld, Tiscali and Wanadoo so I'm not sure if I can "trick" it by using one of these?

Also, I'm on T-Mobile - do the data costs of receving emails this way come out of the capped £1 web'n'walk charges?
