Can I set up a club/bar/poolhall after immigrating with a business US visa from the UK?

I keep getting replies about the e-1 visa i think, but turns out you need to invest a minimum of $100,000!
Are there any easier visas for businessmen and up and coming entrepreneurs?
Or greencards? I'm not too sure about US immigration so any help is really, really appreciated.
