can i serve jail time for my first arrest for driving on a suspended license...

...because of unpaid tickets? this is in florida.

basically almost 3 years ago i had a string of about 5 tickets. the tickets were paid off in full BUT i unknowingly failed to pay the extra 50 bucks to actually reinstate the license (was young and very dumb at the time) after that i got two tickets which i wasnt able to pay one of which was unknowingly driving with a suspended license and the other was speeding.

last night i was pulled over and arrested for the first time because of this. along with the suspended license i got a citation for driving with the wrong plates on the car. car was recently purchased and the plates were the original owners plates. didnt register it in my name yet but i have the title.

is it possible that i will face jail time because of this?

not looking for a scolding here... i know how stupid ive been. just looking for some advice from people who hopefully have been through similar circumstances.

Research into capitis diminutio maxima.

Technically when you state that you are (your name) prior to entering a court room where-by the court order has your name printed all in capitals letters e.g. JOHN DOE - than you are comfirming to be the "Artficial person" who is bound to extended laws and thus submitting you rights and libertys over as you're now a product.

You simply just have to reject the court order and state that you are the "natural person" and not the artificial represetitive. This is refered to as capitis diminutio minima "John Doe" (the natural person). Under this comfirmation you do not have to attend a court or be prosecuted for the extended laws that govern the "artificial person" (JOHN DOE).

Unfortunately this is not well known even among lawyers, police and most of the population. More so people will try to say this is rubbish because its not something commonly practiced period.

Everytime you sign something or accept something with your name in Capitis diminutio maxima, you are handing over your liberties as you become the artifical product.
