my friend told me she did this without bluetooth or usb cable but i dont know how? is it actualley possible.. if so can you send me the website/link ( : it would mean a lot thanks.

if you have a usb cord u should b able to...if not attach it to n email n send it to yourself n download it that way
Bluetooth, IF (infrared-most phones don' have it these days), cable (usb), internet. Don't really think there is any other way. Internet - upload the file to file storage website like 4shared.com or add file to an email in gmail and save as draft (do this through your phone). Then download the file from gmail or 4shared with your computer.

if you have internet on both then upload that ringtone from your computer and download it from mobile
