can i send my psp to sony even though i used a pandora battery?

i used the pandora battery well for lots of games but now it's broken and people told me i couldn't use the warranty but others said at all so i want to know if i can and how much it would cost me? answer quickly thanks
by the way it won't pass "sony Computer Entertainment" and my pandora battery was in my pocket and went through the wash "yikes!"
