Can I send my Iphone 3Gs to apple when its jailbroken but the IPhone will not turn on?

I tried every method.
1. Tried to get it to duf mode but the IPhone 3Gs won't even show a single thing. (not even the apple logo)
2. Recovery won't work too!

Any one believes that apple will notice anything? I tried everything but every method won't work. So I'm just deciding to send it!
