I need to post some pictures online for items which need to be sold. However, my digital camera and phone usb cord are unavailable 
. I know I'm able to send files from LAPTOP--> PHONE, but what about vice versa?

I've turned on bluetooth, and my laptop's bluetooth name comes up (its visible), but when i try to send something, the list of devices with bluetooth on is empty ie it doesn't sense by laptops bluetooth.
Yeah my laptop does support bluetooth, hence why I can send files from laptop to phone. I;m just ttrying to figure out how to do it the other way around..
