Can i save PS3 games into a USB stick?

hey, i have a 40GB PlayStation and was wondering if i can save PS3 games into a USB stick and save them into another profile account and into another PS3 console. can i do that with a 40GB version PS3 or do i need another model (60GB, 80GB)?

please answer!
