can I save an indesign file on a dvd?

It just doesn't fit on a cd, and I want to send it to a publisher without breaking it into several parts.
 
you can use nero software to burn the files on a DVD.yu just add the files then you choose a name for the DVD and choose the speed u want to burn,and it is done
