I forgot to take out the thighs until yesterday so they are still a little bit frozen, but mostly thawed. Will it be ok to still cook them in my ronco rotisserie?
as long as you can get the skewers through the meat it should be fine. you may have to up the cooking time a bit but it's dark meat so it shouldn't dry out on you.
