can i ride a 49cc x7 pocket bike in florida streets or in sidewalks?

i am going to buy a x7 49cc pocket bike and i want to know if i am going to get in trouble with the polices if i drive it in the street and second thing i want to know were can i drive it in the streets or sidewalk please let me know i dont want to waste my money

i wouldnt waste my money most small bikes dont last long time hard to get parts for hard to find someone to work on it and you never ride on sidewalks with any motor type things might try florida dmv online and look it up most state 49 and under no lic needed
