Hi I got an xbox 360 slim 4gb bundled with the kinect but it doesn't seem to be working properly because as soon as I turn it on it is so loud and it gets hot within 10 minuted with no disk inside or anything. I already opened the game for the kinect would I be able to get a refund on everything or possibly be able to exchange it for the 250gb 360 instead? Would I get store credit and if so does it give you all the money you put on it. I bought it at Kmart please answer.
