Hi
I got a Samsung Eternity after a phone upgrade in August last year. Though the phone is fine, I am not comfortable using the touch pad. Dialing numbers and texting is cumbersome and difficult for me. I called up AT&T and they told I can either opt for full price payment or wait till my next upgrade in 2011.
I wanted to ask: Is there no other way to get another phone? Is the customer stuck with a phone he/she doesn't like? The phone is not damaged and works fine but I find using it difficult and time consuming. Is there anything I can tell AT&T to make them take this phone from me and get me another phone in upgrade? I can pay a nominal amount for the wear-and-tear of this phone (if any) like $20-$30 but not the full price. AT&T has a 30-day return policy after which the customer is stuck with a phone he/she may not like. Please help me!
Thanks in advance!
