Can i return my pre-owned games console bought from gamestation?

I bought a pre-owned xbox 360 from gamestation about 6 weeks ago, it developed a fault inside 1 week and i took it back for a replacement. now the replacement has developed the same fault. I have lost faith in this console now and i dont want another replacement. will they refund this for me?
