I got an upgrade from a sim only to an HTC HD mini on Monday last week , the 7th. The man i the vodafone shop said about the HD2 being out of stock so i said to him "whats the difference" and he went "nothing mate , their identical just ones smaller" and i was like "aye alright dead on ill take it" . I get the phone and compare specs with the HD 2 and the HD mini only has a 600mhz cpu and no flash on the camera (i asked him if the mini had the 1ghz processer and he was like yes") , so im not really happy at paying £35 a month for a plan that the phone isnt the best, now dont get me wrong the phone is alright i like it, but i would much prefer the HD 2 , and i want it as i was lied to in the vodafone shop. I had been to 2 vodafone shops , the one about 4 miles from where i got it and the actual one where i got it and was told i couldnt exchange it.
So what can i do ? i only have today left to exhange it under 7 days, but ive another 7 days if there is some sort of 14 day policy.

Also i only had the sim only for 3 days, i took the sim only as i had a Nokia X6 and was pleased with it but it died on me , so i decided to upgrade to a full contract with vodafone.
