I reside in Louisiana, and discussed returning the car to the dealership with a friend that has been in the dealership business for a long time. He tells me that the bank will void the contract once we contact with them about canceling the down payment and such. Are we able to return the vehicle in consideration that we believe something may be wrong with the car after owning it for only 5 days. I have searched for answers, but alot of them seemed very negative. Let me know if we are doing the right thing to return the vehicle. Thank you.
