I signed the sales contract gave 750.00 down on 3/16/09 7:30pm. I drove the used car off of the lot. Half ways home the check engine light came on, it was making noises and the car felt like it was missing. i called the dealership the next morning i was told "My" sales guy was not in, waited till the next day, i told him i did not want the car and i wanted to bring it back he said no, no i'll have it fixed for you. made the appt with their auto center, picked it up from them on friday, over the weekend still drove crappy, took the car back in to him on monday 3/23/09 he says no it is your car you can not return it... i left it there he asked me for the key, he still has my 750.00 down payment, they have not yet found a bank to finance me. help help
