Can i restore ipod album art without having to do it song by song.?

One of my friends thought it would be funny to replace all of my songs album art to a naked picture of some girl. Anyone know if i can restore the original art. I don't want to have to change all of the pics one by on with the album images i find online.
Tried the advance >>>get album artwork and it didn't work. And he changed it everywhere even in my itunes library.
