Can i replace the processor with AMD Phenom X4 945 3.0GHz for HARDCORE GAMING?

I had
planed this at first...My PC
Specs:
AMD Phenom 2 X4 Black
Edition 3.4ghz
Monitor 17inch
ATI Raedon HD
5670 1GB
RAM DDR3 4GB
Phenom X4 945 should
be able to run
gta4
and other
games hardcore games
like crysis 2 and on
high???? I've taken this
dicision of replacing
Phenom X4 965 to
Phenom X4 945 cause of
my low budget.......
