Can I replace my own fuel air ratio sensor on an '05 Honda civic hybrid?

The dealer quoted me $700 for parts and labor to replace my fuel air ration sensor. I've seen posts for other types of cars, so I know it's possible to do this type of maintenance at home -- just not sure about my specific make and model. I'm a complete novice when it comes to mechanical repair, but I'm good at following directions and my dad (who could help me) has worked on his own cars for years. How difficult is this to do? Do I need special equipment to get the job done? Is it complicated by the fact I have a hybrid? Where do I secure the parts? Any guidance on HOW to do this and how difficult it is is MUCH appreciated.
