I would like to rent a flat through an estate agent but not sure I can. I have a full time job but it is on an ongoing temp contract so I guess not secure, although I can prove a weekly wage for the last 7 months. Also, I only finished a debt management plan in January so even though I am debt free completely, my rating is very very bad. Will these things stop me getting a place? Will I have to go private instead? Thanks in advance
