Can i remove my front pegs and use them as my highway bar pegs on my 2008...

...Honda shadow aero, pegs being remove? I have a 2008 Honda Shadow Aero 750 and im replacing the front pegs with floorboards, now can I use those front pegs as my highway bar pegs?
