Can i Rejoin the Military If I Got A (OTH) But Got It Upgraded?

Ok I got Discharged for certain reasons,I regret that I had to be discharged but it was nothing to serious, just way to many family Issues to deal with in one yr.and my unit didn't take the time nor care to understand. Anyways I got discharged with an (OTH) other than honorable to begin with, then 8 months later got it upgraded to a General under Honorable Conditions, Can I Rejoin the Military with that Discharge?
 
what's your RE code? a 4 means no you cannot get back in. a 3 requires a waiver.
