Hi guys,
Looking for some help!
I want to start my own online business where i would retail Hookah Pipes and Shisha (flavored tobacco).
Couple things i need to know!
Can i register a business license and fictiotous name to a non business residence? Can I register a Tobacco license to this address? I have half of my garage converted to a functioning office and storage area, complete with AC, its own access and windows. I have no intent to perform or generate ANY walk in business. Would it be possible to get a seperate mailing address for this other unit I am working in, and classify it as non residential in nature, as no one would live in it?

I am a novice when it comes to business permits and ESPECIALLY Tobacco.
Also, wanted to know if i could register my tobacco license to a PO BOX with a physical address attatched?
i have been told they inspect the site every once in a while.
