I want to reenlist in the active army, my DD214 reads;
NET SERVICE 3 months 20 Days
AR 635-200 CHAPTER: 11 ENTRY LEVEL PERFORMANCE AND CONDUCT
JGA RE-3 Uncharacterized Discharge
I understand there are not allowing waivers at the moment, I was thinking about going in between the fall of 09’ or early spring 10’. Do I still need a wavier; my DD214 is from 05’? I was told National Guard wouldn’t require one since it’s been over 12 months, but how about Regular Army?
To Wavier or Not to Wavier, that is my question.
PS > If your reading this Ray, yes I feel like I have matured a lot over these last four years and held many responsibility as well.
