Alright so my parents are finally letting me play football in high school my senior year next year. Well I wana play corner most likely. I hanv't played since pop wariner in 8th grade. Right now I am 5 ft 11 150 pounds. I want to get up to at least 170 by August of next year. Last year I did some weight lifting with football and got up to 165 pounds between march and june with my strength greatly increasing. Also the weight was mostly muscle my body gained very little fat. Long story short I didn't get to play football and I lost all my gains. Is it possible that I can get to my desired weight for a defencive back in 9 months. Thanks
